🔄 Returns & Refunds

We aim to provide a straightforward and transparent process for all orders, returns, and refunds. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

New Items: You may return new items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item being sent.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. If an item is returned damaged or not in a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed on the same working day after the returned items have been inspected.

📢 Exclusions: We do not accept returns for New Old Stock (NOS) or Used items if they are unwanted.

⚠️ Faulty, Shortages & Incorrect Goods

Notification Period: If you receive a faulty item, an incorrect order, or find that something is missing, please report it within 7 working days of receiving your order.


Resolution Options: If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item (if possible).

  • Provide a full refund once the item is returned.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 working days.

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.

📦 Special Orders

What is a Special Order?
"Special Order" refers to custom-made or specifically ordered items based on your request.

Payment & Refund Policy:

  • Full payment is required when placing a Special Order.

  • Non-refundable: Special Orders cannot be refunded, except at our sole discretion.

  • Restocking Fee: If a refund is agreed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

📢 We recommend double-checking all details before placing a Special Order.

⚖️ Consumer Rights & Liability

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected by these terms.

Care & Professionalism: We take every precaution to ensure your order is handled professionally.


Delivery Responsibility: We take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Claims & Investigations:

  • We conduct fair and timely investigations for any issues.

  • Claims must be raised within the stated timeframes to ensure a thorough and accurate review.
