Paint Application Process
Using a state of the art spray booth and premium paints, we apply the paint with precision and care. Our techniques guarantee an even, glossy finish that highlights the car’s lines and contours, enhancing its overall aesthetic appeal.
We utilise the advanced Novol paint system, renowned for its five stage process:

Epoxy Base: We start with Novol’s chemically adhering, rust preventing epoxy base to ensure no moisture can reach the bare steel.

Filler Application: Next, we apply Novol’s colour indicator fillers to level any uneven surfaces, allowing for precise error correction.

Spray Filler: Novol’s polyester spray filler is used to eliminate minor defects in panel shape, ensuring a smooth surface.

Isolator Primer: This stage seals all levelling work, preventing moisture from affecting the base layers.

Acrylic Primer and Colour: Finally, we apply Novol’s acrylic primer followed by the desired colour from their extensive Spectral range, and seal everything with Novol’s high solid, UV resistant clear lacquer.
